You’ve done the healing
Now it’s time to come back into connection

Book seven
Come together
You’ve done the work of healing in parts. You’ve come back to your body. You’ve started noticing your thoughts instead of believing them. You’ve let your heart speak even when it scared you.
And still, some days feel scattered. You say yes, but feel a no. You want connection, but pull away. You rest, but don’t feel restored. You’re not failing. You’re just ready to integrate.
This is the moment your body, mind, and heart stop taking turns and start moving together. Not perfectly. But in rhythm. In conversation. This book isn’t about becoming better.
It’s about becoming aligned so that what you want, what you feel, and what you choose all belong to the same self.
You’re not just surviving anymore. You’re ready to feel good.
But first, you come together.

A Note from the Author
After I had my son, in the middle of the pandemic, something in me broke open. I had spent years doing the work. Healing in layers. Learning to listen. Letting go. But nothing prepared me for what motherhood unearthed.
The noise inside got louder. My thoughts, my body, my emotions… all pulling in different directions.
One part of me was tending to my child, another was grieving my old life, another just wanted to disappear. There were days I couldn’t tell what was intuition and what was fear. When my body felt foreign, and I missed myself but I didn’t know which self.
It was fragmentation.
The work I had done before wasn’t lost. But now it had to be woven. Not in theory. In the quiet, repetitive rhythm of daily life. While holding a child. While running on little sleep. While wondering if I would ever feel whole again.
And that’s what this book is about.
Not a grand transformation. A slow return. To the you that can hold multiple truths at once. To the you that doesn’t abandon her body to be productive or her emotions to be pleasant. To the you that can walk through contradiction without needing to collapse or choose.
Integration isn’t about becoming better. It’s about becoming together.
This is the book I needed in those moments.
And now it’s yours.
