The capacity to notice what increases contact, interest, energy and felt participation in life, without confusing aliveness with constant intensity or productivity.
Aliveness & vitality is the capacity to notice when you feel more present, interested and available to life.
Vitality is not the same as high energy. A quiet morning can feel vividly alive. So can a conversation, a piece of work, movement, sensuality or the relief of finally stopping.
This capacity asks you to notice the difference between intensity and participation. Something can be exciting and leave you fragmented. Something small can leave you more available to yourself afterwards.

Pleasure Is My Medicine and I Want It All approach aliveness from different directions: enjoyment and desire.
