My name is Camilla Wellton
Designer, Sci-fi lover, somatic guide, founder of The Sensual Institute and the creator of the I AWAKE system.
For most of my life, I lived from a very rich but curated inner world. I wasn’t performing. I was protecting. I knew beauty, vision, and depth from the inside out, but early imprinting taught me to mistrust closeness. So I kept my distance. Not because I wanted to but because something in me believed I had to.
I longed for more connection, but couldn’t yet believe I could have it without losing myself.
Then something shifted.
After my fashion brand’s investor left, I cracked open.
I let myself dance barefoot in the wild again.
I surrendered to nights of techno, shibari, and intimate play with souls who met me in my fire.
I started feeling, not just thinking. I stopped trying to control the aliveness in me. I realized people weren’t the danger, they were the bridge.
And then my son came. A sacred interruption. A deepening.
He brought the future into my body and made it holy.
This work, The Sensual Institute, the I AWAKE system, the books, the deck, is the integration of all of it: visionary thought, embodied transformation, and the raw, sensual magic of being human.
It’s not just about awakening.
It’s about returning. To the self. To the senses.
To the shared.
I no longer choose between solitude and connection.
I live in the place where they kiss.
