The capacity to bring different signals into enough relationship that a choice can make sense across body, feeling, thought and value without demanding perfect agreement.
Inner coherence is the capacity to make a decision that enough of you can recognise as yours.
That does not mean body, thought, feeling and value always agree. Coherence is not unanimity. It is the ability to hear different signals, understand what each is contributing and decide how much weight each deserves.
This capacity includes signal weighting and internal coherence. It becomes especially important when a familiar reaction is intense but another part of the experience contains different information.
The glossary entries on Signal, Integration and Values help distinguish the components. Body. Mind. Heart. Same Moment, Different Testimony. explores how several channels can be read without forcing one to become the absolute truth.
All of Me develops this capacity through whole-self decision making and the coordination of competing inner signals.
