Visibility & voice is the capacity to let something of you become perceptible to other people without requiring complete control over how it will be received.
Being seen can bring recognition and opportunity. It can also bring evaluation, misunderstanding and the ordinary discomfort of no longer being able to edit yourself privately.
This capacity includes visibility capacity and asking without shrinking: naming what you want, making the work public or speaking from your own position without pre-emptively reducing yourself to manage the audience.
