You may think a choice is sensible, feel reluctant and notice that you’re exhausted. None of those responses needs to pretend the others aren’t there.
You aren’t a pile of inconvenient parts.
The destination’s name brings together two images: what has been assembled from experience, and what is given a place of value. It invites a different relationship with the parts of you that don’t fit an ideal version of yourself.
Not polishing each part until it becomes agreeable. Giving each enough attention to understand what it contributes.
Perhaps you want closeness and more time alone. Ambition and rest. A change and care for what the change will end.
All of Me approaches these tensions through reading, writing, body maps and my recorded guidance. You don’t have to arrive already in agreement with yourself. In the recordings, my voice is accompanied by music composed especially for the I AWAKE universe.
Ambivalence gives mixed responses a name. Integration explores how they can inform a choice rather than compete for the right to be the whole truth.
